Strategic Planning + Governance Refresh

Inform Florida is a statewide coalition representing Florida’s community navigation and information-and-referral providers, primarily composed of 211 helpline agencies serving residents across the state. Nonprofit Nav partnered with Inform Florida to facilitate a comprehensive three-year strategic planning process designed to clarify organizational priorities, strengthen alignment, and establish a practical roadmap for growth and impact.

In addition to strategic planning, Nonprofit Nav delivered a board refresher focused on representative governance, helping board members reinforce their fiduciary responsibilities, decision-making roles, and accountability to member agencies. The engagement supported Inform Florida in sharpening its organizational identity, articulating its long-term ambitions, and building shared commitment around future initiatives.

Working alongside a network dedicated to connecting individuals and families with critical health and human services, it was rewarding to witness Inform Florida strengthen its strategic direction and governance practices in ways that position the coalition for sustained leadership and effectiveness.
