For more than 95 years, the Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival has been a beloved tradition, celebrating our nation’s maritime service and earning Grand Haven the proud title of Coast Guard City, USA. What began as a small community picnic has grown into one of Michigan’s most iconic festivals, drawing hundreds of thousands each summer to honor Coast Guard personnel and their families while strengthening community pride.
