Grow & Lead is a Michigan Upper Peninsula-based nonprofit that provides professional development and youth engagement programming. They are well-known for the annual U.P. Nonprofit Conference and their robust #GivingTuesday campaign.

Nonprofit Nav worked with Grow & Lead to develop a three-year strategic plan leveraging principles from the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for accountability and tracking.

Grow & Lead offers both live and recorded online training to build the capacity of the nonprofit community. We also offer in-person or online training to meet the needs of your individual nonprofit. Topics range from building your board of directors to strategic planning, financial management, fund development, volunteer and youth engagement and more.
