Inform USA | Contract Leadership
Our founder, Katie Appold, is proud to be the contracted leader of Inform USA, the professional membership organization representing the information and referral sector. Katie has led the organization through several transformational changes, including:
- Rebranding from Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) to Inform USA in 2023
- Celebration of the organization’s 50th anniversary in 2023
- Overhaul of the organization’s infrastructure, including moving away from using an association management company and hiring an in-house team.
- Launch of a new website and member management system that replaced several different and disjointed software.
