Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) is a nonprofit senior living organization based in Medford, Oregon. Its roots go back more than 60 years to Rogue Valley Manor, its first community, and it incorporated as a nonprofit in 1990. Today PRS runs more than 40 senior living organizations in more than six states, including life plan communities and community-based senior housing. Together, its staff and residents number nearly 10,000. PRS has built its reputation on long-term stewardship, mission-driven governance, and a commitment to innovation in how older adults live and receive care.
