The Comfort Home Michigan is Developing a Strategy for Sustainability

Nonprofit Nav is delighted to be supporting The Comfort Home by designing a strategic plan that prioritizes growth in support and long-term sustainability. The Comfort Home believes in a world where no one dies alone. Their team serves the residents of a three-county area in Michigan to help care for the terminally ill at the end of life. They serve as an extension of the family, offering a home during a person’s final days and providing around-the-clock care, comfort, and quality of life with respect and dignity, working with the hospice agency of your choice.

Nonprofit Nav will conduct stakeholder research in the counties where The Comfort Home serves to help them identify new supporters and further engage existing supporters who help sustain the organization. Their three-year strategic plan will provide step-by-step guidance to take the organization to a new level.
