Thumb Opioid Response Consortium was formed to address opioid and substance use in the rural communities of the Thumb Region of Michigan, by leveraging existing resources to enhance prevention, treatment, and recovery efforts. Nonprofit Nav is currently facilitating SWOT and SOAR discussions with TORC. These sessions are intended to help jumpstart the strategic planning process, ensuring each organization is equipped to carry out the Consortium’s mission and strengthen their collective impact on the community.
