Nonprofit Nav provided the Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival board and staff with the training and tools we needed to improve our processes, recognize areas for improvement and celebrate what we did well. They walked us through a detailed strategic planning process and gave us a finished plan that is specific and manageable.
