We had the pleasure of taking NOAH through a fully remote strategic planning process, including several research components, including:
- Board & Team Surveys
- Member & Non-Member Surveys
- Focus Groups with Members and Non-Members
This four-month engagement resulted in new identity statements, a list of goals and objectives for the next couple of years, and an action plan for year one.
