Incorporation and 501c3 Application

The Thumb CommunityHealth Partnership is a coalition of nonprofit organizations and health systems spanning four counties in the rural area of Michigan known as “The Thumb.” Nonprofit Nav is working with this group of partners to formalize its operation into an entity and achieve its 501c3 status. In addition, we’ll make sure they have the policies they need to operate seamlessly.

More About Thumb County Health Partners

The Thumb Community Health Partnership is located in the rural area of Michigan, referred to as the Thumb. The partnership encompasses Huron, Lapeer, Sanilac, and Tuscola Counties.  Members include public mental health authorities, a private mental health agency, public health departments, hospitals, and several other health and human service agencies.
