In addition to consulting with nonprofits on how to grow their community, Jess also provides coaching services for nonprofit leaders wishing to grow their reach and network. In addition to consulting, Jess is an accomplished author, speaker, podcast host of Coffee with Caregivers, associate producer of the “UNSEEN” documentary, and caregiver advocate. She is the founder and executive director of The Lucas Project, a non-profit dedicated to serving parent caregivers with recognition, respite, and resources.
